Rick has been an active personal trainer since 1993. He is F.R.A and AFAA certified. Being active in fitness and sports has been a big part of his life, from playing basketball and football to cycling and running. Rick's focus lately has been on golf, he has been maintaining a low handicap through practice and fitness. Staying fit is an important part of improved performance in any activity.
Rick works with fitness conscious individuals from all walks of life and has a unique understanding of how to achieve potential in people.
The ladder of life is climbed one rung at a time. People who skip rungs along the way never fully realize what got them to that point. If they fall, they fall more than one rung at a time with no experience to explain why.
